Cancellation policy

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
When you purchase a SnackMath subscription, you will receive repeat weekly deliveries. You will be billed on a recurring basis automatically to the payment method stored securely on file.

Cancellation & Modification Policy
There are no lock-in contracts. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel your subscription at any time via your Customer Portal (accessible via the link in your order emails or our website menu).

The Cutoff Rule:
Because we pre-purchase and kit premium snacks based on our active subscriber count, all cancellations, pauses, or skips must be made by Tuesday at 11:59 PM HKT to apply to that week's delivery.

• If you cancel before the Tuesday cutoff, you will not be billed or shipped a box for that week.

• If you cancel after the Tuesday cutoff, your current week's box has already been processed. You will be charged and shipped that final box, and your cancellation will take effect the following week.
