When will my box arrive?

All orders placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM HKT are packed fresh and shipped via SF Express every Friday. You will receive your box over the weekend so you are ready for Monday! Orders placed on Wednesday or later will ship the following Friday.

How does the subscription work? Can I cancel?

There are no lock-in contracts. You will be billed weekly on Tuesdays. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Customer Portal.

(Please note: Cancellations must be made before the Tuesday cutoff to apply to that week's box).

Can I customize my snacks for allergies or diets?

To keep our costs low and our shipping fast, our boxes are curated as a set menu each week. We do not currently offer custom boxes for vegan, gluten-free, or specific allergen-free diets.
