1. Delivery Fees & Methods
Delivery within Hong Kong is completely FREE and included in your subscription price. We utilize SF Express for all our deliveries to ensure fast, reliable service.
2. Our Shipping Schedule (The Weekly Batch)
To ensure maximum freshness and operational efficiency, we pack and ship all orders in one weekly batch.

The Cutoff: Orders or subscription renewals processed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM HKT will be shipped that same week.

Dispatch: All eligible boxes are handed over to SF Express every Friday.

Arrival:Â Your box will typically arrive over the weekend, ensuring you are stocked up and ready for Monday morning.

Note:Â Any orders placed on Wednesday or later will automatically be scheduled for the following week's Friday dispatch.
3. Receiving Your Box
You will receive a tracking link via email once SF Express scans your box. If you select an EF Locker, please ensure you pick up your box within the timeframe specified by SF Express via SMS, as SnackMath is not liable for boxes returned due to uncollected locker parcels.
